Located in Maitland Center Office Park (190 acres) adjacent to I-4, immediately off the Maitland Blvd. exit. A Lynx Neighborlink shuttle serves the SunRail commuter station taking folks in the Park to and from their buildings to ride the train.  Sheraton Orlando North Hotel located in the park and other hotels located nearby.  Restaurants within easy driving distance.  RDV Sportsplex with large gym facilities and pool is located adjacent to the Park.  The Altamonte Mall is approximately four miles northeast of the Park.  Location is key with direct access to I4 which offers connectivity to downtown Orlando, Lake Mary and surrounding cities.  The City of Maitland has several developments going on in their City which will offer more amenities for those working in the Park.  There is a Café located in the building directly next door and within close walking distance.
