The Maitland Center was established in 1982 and comprises 190 acres of land.  There are 35 office buildings, a 7-11 Food Store and the Sheraton Orlando North Hotel located in the Center.  We also have a residential component with the SunBay Condos being located in the office park.

The lush landscaping and convenience offered by the Maitland Center has attracted a wide range of companies including [insert companies here].  The Center offers companies the convenience of deli/sandwich shops in many of the office buildings and a fiber optic network.  A wide range of restaurants and shopping is located within a 10 minute drive from the Center.   The Maitland SunRail station offers commuters the chance to leave their cars at home and ride the train.  For those working in the Maitland Center there is the Neighborlink Shuttle which takes folks directly to their buildings in the a.m. and picks them up at their building in the p.m. and connects to the SunRail Station.
